A second meeting of the Belarus-Kyrgyz inter-governmental commission on economic cooperation began outside of Bishkek on 13 November. First Vice Prime Minister Kurmanbek Osmonov of Kyrgyzstan and Vice Prime Minister Aleksander Popkov of Belarus lead the delegations, which discuss wide range of items on bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Osmonov said at the meeting that Kyrgyzstan is ready to buy agricultural equipment and refrigerators from Belarus and to sell cotton wool, tobacco leaf and other agricultural production to Belarus. The Belarus delegation would stay in Kyrgyzstan for three days.
