BISHKEK. On Monday the People Representative Assembly (upper chamber) of Kyrgyz parliament is to continue the second part of its 13th session. Ahead of the chamber press service, Yrys Osmonalieva said today that the agenda of Monday's meeting will include discussion about the draft law on Referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic. Next week the Assembly will debate on activities of Government in fulfilling the laws on international anti-terrorist coalition forces based in Manas airport. The session opened on Dec 3, 2002, and already adopted the law on 2003 year budget.
