BISHKEK. The 5th meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Collective Security Treaty (CST) member-states will be held in Bishkek on Dec 10-11, 2002. According to the Kyrgyzstan Security Council's Secretariat, main issues of the meeting include the situation in Iraq and Middle East. The meeting participants also will discuss ways of cooperation between the CST Anti-terrorist center and the member-states of the treaty. Representatives of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Azerbaijan will participate at the meeting as observers.
