BISHKEK. The Third meeting of the experts from the member-countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization( SCO) ended today in Kyrgyzstan's capital city of Bishkek. The four-day meeting discussed the problems of organizing the Bishkek branch of SCO's anti-terrorist body based in Beijing. The Kyrgyz delegation was represented by deputy secretary of the Security Council, general Askarbek Mameev, and national coordinator for SCO, deputy foreign minister Asanbek Osmonaliev. According to Osmonaliev, a Kyrgyz representative might be a head of the Bishkek branch of the SCO's anti-terrorist body. The experts also discussed the problems of carrying out the decisions which were taken by their previous meetings in September and November 2002. The SCO consists of Russia, China and their four Central Asian partners - Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
