BISHKEK. Lenin District court in Bishkek passed a verdict against an independent newspaper 'Moya stolitsa'. The plaintiffs, the Ysykkul district administration and the Semyonov village administration in the Ysykkul region sued the newspaper and its author, Gennadiy Kuzmin and won the case.
