BISHKEK. Border experts’ teams from the CIS member-states met today in Bishkek. They are discussing the framework of the documents which will be considered by the heads of the border services and ministries on March 12, 2003, in the Kyrgyz capital. The heads of the CIS border services will discuss a program on development of the border protection system. Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, out of 12 members, might not be participated at the meeting, the Kyrgyz Border Service’s representative told RFE/RL today.
