BISHKEK. A four-day regular session of the experts of the Shanghai Cooperation Organizations (SCO) started today in the town Cholponata in the Ysykkoel region of Kyrgyzstan. The experts from the six SCO member countries are discussing the logistics of a future joint anti-terrorism center. One of the main topics is preparation of the draft documents on executive issues of the center which will be based in Bishkek.
Presidents of the SCO states (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) had agreed to set up the anti-terrorist center last year.
