BISHKEK. Prime Minister Nikolai Tanayev, after concluding his visit to Ukraine, today gave an interview to the RFE/RL on the results of his trip to Kyiv. Tanayev said that the Ukrainian side has agreed to pay its debt to Kyrgyzstan left from 1992-1992. It is about $28 million. The Ukraine government will pay the debt in different methods, but not by money. The Kyrgyz government will send its proposals within one month, then Kyiv will prepare its plan of activities, Tanayev said. He praised the current level of inter-government cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine.
