Minister of Internal Affairs Boris Gryzlov of Russia arrives in Kyrgyzstan on 13 November with a two-day visit. Head of the ministry press service Joldoshbek Busurmankulov told RFE/RL correspondent on 12 November that Gryzlov plans meeting his counterpart Bakirdin Subanbekov and President Askar Akayev, discussing aspects of cooperation against organized crime, drug trafficking, training of cadres. According to Busurmankulov, Subanbekov and Gryzlov would sign an agreement on further cooperation between the two ministries.
