BISHKEK. Today the Kyrgyzstan Foreign Ministry's press service gave some details
of a one-day visit to the country by the South Korean Minister of Commerce, Industry
and Energy, Shin Kouk Huan. Huan met with the Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Askar
Aitmatov on Saturday. The South Korean Minister said that his Government adopted
a quota of 400 people for the Kyrgyzstanis who want to work in the industrial enterprises
of South Korea. The invited workers would come back with experience to begin their
own business in Kyrgyzstan, said Huan. He stressed importance of bilateral cooperation
between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea in such spheres as the small and medium
businesses and refinery of productions of the agricultural sector.
