BISHKEK. Kyrgyz Government has proposed to amend the law on the external migration. According to the Government press-service, the draft amendment says that citizens of 28 European countries would be able to arrive in Kyrgyzstan without passport and visa procedures. However, the Passport and visa department of the Internal Affairs Ministry is cautious on the proposal, warning that the new procedures might be used by countries which could support international terrorism.
