BISHKEK. A deadline to exchange old Soviet passports for the Kyrgyz Republic's new passports has been prolonged from December 31, 2002, until July 2003, the press service of the Kyrgyz government announced today. Most Kyrgyz citizens have already exchanged their old passports for the new Kyrgyz passports.
