BISHKEK. Several members of the Kyrgyzstan Human Rights Committee decided to establish their own organization in the Jalalabad region. During the constituent assembly, its participants criticized the Jalalabad regional branch of the KHRC for indifference to the main events occurred in the region in 2002. About 14 members announced that they won't be members of the KHRC. Abdinazar Mamatislamov was elected as a coordinator of the newly established human rights organization, which will become eighth NGO aimed to protect human rights in the region.
