BISHKEK. Representatives of internal migrants, individual constructors and 22 nongovernmental farmer organizations of Chui region today held a congress and established nation-wide "El Jurtu" ("Homeland") Federation.
Over 350 delegates discussed presidential decrees on "Development of Construction Works Concept till 2010" and "Solving Problems of Individual Constructors and Measures on Developing New Settlements" and the mechanisms of their implementation. The hypothecary loans to farmers and the issues of agrarian reforms were also on agenda.
