BISHKEK. Andrew Louis was appointed the president of Kumtor Operating Company (KOS). The Kyrgyz-Canadian KOC mines the biggest gold deposit in Kyrgyzstan. According to the statement issued by the company, KOC's former president Terry Rogers will transfer to the Cameco head company in Canada.
