BISHKEK. The Republican Center For Fighting AIDS told journalists today that the number of people affected by the HIV reached 362 and 80 percent of them are drug-addicts. 294 people are Kyrgyz citizens and 26 of them are women. About 166 people are serving a prison term or have been recently released from jail. Last year 334 people were registered with the disease in Kyrgyzstan.
