BISHKEK. A newly launched internet site of the Kyrgyz opposition's public headquarters for monitoring the referendum has been closed. Jypar Jekshe, one of the leaders of the Kyrgyzstan Democratic Movement Party, and a deputy chief of the headquarters, told RFE/RL today that the company 'Elcat' which provides its server, did not comment on reasons of closure of the site.
