BISHKEK. The Movement For the Resignation of President Akayev and For Reforms In the People's Interest will not send its representatives to a gathering entitled "Kyrgyzstan Peoples' Kurultai (Congress)" set for March 6. One of the leaders of the movement, the leader of the 'Asaba' (Flag) National Revival Party and lawmaker Azimbek Beknazarov told RFE/RL today that the movement will announce its stance over the Constitutional Court's verdict that backed the parliament on the issue of ratification of the disputed Kyrgyz-Chinese border agreements.
