BISHKEK. Kyrgyzstan's Defense Minister, Esen Topoyev, has ended his visit to Turkey. Before leaving the country, Topoyev met with teachers and students of the military academies of Turkey.
Yesterday, he met with his Turkish counterpart, Vecdi Goenuel, and the head of the general headquarters of the Turkish military forces, Hilmi Oezkoek to discuss problems of strengthening military cooperation between the two countries. The two sides signed a Protocol on the joint use of archives related to military history, museums and military outlets.
