BISHKEK. On Wednesday, March 12, 2003, Kyrgyz President Askar Akayev will give a speech at the joint session of the both chambers of Kyrgyz parliament, appealing to the parliament and nation on current political development in the country after adoption of the new version of Kyrgyz constitution by referendum held on February 2, 2003. It is expected that president touches issues on program on Kyrgyzstan's development by 2010, including the political and economy aspects of it.
