BISHKEK. Kyrgyz Government issued a decree allowing the citizens to operate independent gold mines. According to the decree, manufacturers interested in gold-fields have to buy a patent for a private gold-mining. Finance ministry is preparing rules on payment for the patent. The official finance experts hope that the legalization of the private gold-mining will strengthen the state budget.
