BISHKEK. A special team of experts established by presidential decree, will prepare the latest text of amendments and changes to the Kyrgyz Constitution and will give it to the Constitutional Council set up to prepare the constitutional amendments and changes. First deputy prime minister Kurmanbek Osmonov announced the new development today during a round table discussion conducted by Chynara Jakypova, the head of the Bishkek Bureau of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR). Recently Osmonov had said that the draft amendments and changes to Kyrgyz Constitution will not be send to the Constitutional Council which was set up by President Askar Akayev on August 26, 2002.
