BISHKEK. The Indian Foreign Minister, Jaswant Singh will arrive in Kyrgyzstan on January 30. As the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry told journalists today, Singh will meet with President Askar Akayev, and Foreign Minister, Askar Aitmatov. The two sides will discuss problems of Iraq and the Kyrgyz-Indian bi-lateral cooperation in the energy sphere.
